¿Cómo funciona el servicio de cohospedaje con BlueCasas?

Nuestro servicio de cohospedaje cubre todo el ciclo digital del huésped. Primero optimizamos tu anuncio, fotos, título y descripción, y aplicamos precios dinámicos que cambian a diario para captar más reservas sin sacrificar tarifa. Desde el primer mensaje respondemos las consultas de los viajeros, verificamos su identidad y el cumplimiento de tus reglas, y solo aprobamos huéspedes seguros. Durante la estancia damos supporte 24/7, gestionamos cualquier incidencia y, al final, guiamos el check-out, publicamos la reseña y tramitamos reclamaciones si surgieran daños. Cada reserva está protegida con al menos US $1 millón en cobertura contra daños, incluso cuando la OTA no ofrece seguro. Todo queda documentado en tu Portal del Propietario para que veas ingresos en tiempo real mientras mantienes el control de reglas y fechas bloqueadas.

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre administración de propiedades y cohospedaje?

Cohospedaje cubre lo digital – comunicación con huéspedes, precios y calendario. Administración de propiedades es lo presencial – limpiezas, reparaciones y supervisión presencial. Puedes contratar uno, el otro o ambos, según tu necesidad

¿Cuánto cuesta el servicio de cohospedaje con BlueCasas?

Nuestro servicio de cohospedaje funciona por comisión, es decir, solo ganamos cuando tú ganas. Cobramos un pequeño porcentaje sobre las reservas pagadas, pero en lugar de enfocarnos en una tarifa fija, te mostramos lo que realmente importa: tu ingreso neto proyectado al trabajar con nosotros. Con una llamada rápida, sabrás exactamente qué esperar y cuánto más puede generar tu propiedad con nuestro apoyo.
